Time's top 100 movies ever
(Via Vijay) Richard Corliss and Richard Schickel have put together Time magazine's list of the top 100 movies of all time. There are some staggering holes in the list, including 2001: A Space Odyssey, Fitzcarraldo, No Man's Land and Monty Python and the Holy Grail, while so-so movies like Finding Nemo make the cut. Nonetheless, it's fun to check these lists to see how many movies on this list one has watched. I have only watched about 35 movies from this list (including Finding Nemo, i.e.), which is pretty embarassing. How many have you watched?
PS: Only three Indian movies make it to the list. The Apu Trilogy (obviously), Pyaasa and Nayakan.
