The occasional miracle
I never thought any Indian prime minister would have the guts to utter these words: No more free electricity. Maybe the fact he's never had to win an election helps, after all. Nonetheless, let's wait and watch to see if he can also convince populist chief ministers from his own party in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra to get rid of these outrageous subsidies, utilised in most cases by the rich, not the poor.
