RISC related conference paper 

Rajesh and Atanu presented a RISC related paper called "Two Mutually Reinforcing Applications of ICT for Socio-economic Development of India" at a recent ICT workshop in Sydney. This paper was co-authored by Rajesh, Atanu, Vivek and yours truly. Rajesh had been posting excerpts of this paper on his blog the past couple of weeks.
